Pulmonary Anomalous Venous Return

Case #1. Pulmonary vein (arrow) from right lung seen feeding into SVC (with intraluminal catheter). Note that a branch of the pulmonary artery abuts the vein (below arrow). In this patient, there was also right atrial dilatation secondary to volume overload from the anomalous pulmonary venous return.
